Ring Yperippe
In Greek mythology, the name Yperippe refers to one of the 50 daughters of Danaus, that is, one of the Danaids. Yperippe's mother was Crino, and therefore Yperippe was a cousin of Callidice, Celaeno and Oeme. Yperippe married the son of Aegyptus, Hippocorystus, whom she killed on the first night of their marriage, as did the other 48 of the Danaids with their husbands.
Μητέρα της Υπερίππης ήταν η Κρινώ. Η Υπερίππη παντρεύτηκε τον Ιπποκορυστή, γιο του Αιγύπτου, και τον δολοφόνησε την πρώτη νύχτα του γάμου τους, όπως έπραξαν με τους συζύγους τους και οι άλλες 48 από τις Δαναΐδες.
